This project is which WoF tribe I think would win in war. The rules I put in, though, are: 1. it's 300-ish years from book 15, so all characters we know are dead. 2. There's no allies. 3. They've all recovered from may-be incidents in the past and are all at their full power. The tribes are listed from greatest to least in their columns, so you know.
