Well a DTA for Halloween! To bad here in Cyprus they don't do Halloween :C!!! Simple rules: ♥Can enter for more than one but win only win one ♥Can use deferent program ♥remix to enter ♥Don't say your art/others art is BAD! ♥Don't do edits(only small) ♥ Can do traditional or anything else ♥ I think this is all? TIPS: ♥add animation? ♥Change BG? ♥Be creative :)
