This side of the ship is awfully quiet… Maggie thought while heading toward Records. I wonder how the others are coping with this mysterious “problem”? Maybe it’s related to the recent deaths of Grace and Mary? She felt a twinge of sadness at the thought. Suddenly, something grabbed her arm and pulled her to the Gap Room. She gasped, startled, until she saw that the “something” was another crewmember, Matt. “That was unnecessary,” she said to him. “Actually, it wasn’t.” He answered. She sighed. “What do you want?” “I need to know something…” “What?” Matt paused for a moment. “Are you an impostor?” Maggie had a moment of hesitation. “...Why are you asking?” “Answer my question first. If you’re not, cool. If you are, I won’t tell anyone.” He waited. After Maggie didn’t answer, he added, “I swear on my life I won’t tell anyone.” “...Fine. I am.” She answered in a quiet voice. “But if you tell anyone-” “I won’t. I’m an impostor too.” That shut her up. “Why’d you ask me?” “‘Cause I just wanted to clarify.” “What?” “Yea. Milo was able to tell you were an impostor when you were playing around with him..” “Your dog?” “Yep.” “Oh..” “Anyways, do you know who the other impostors are? I was told there were 5 in total.” “Well, Ace is one… I don’t know who the other two might be. Maybe they’re from different organizations.” “Oh. Okay then, thanks for your time.” Matt waved goodbye and left the room. Well that was random, Maggie thought, and left to do her tasks. ~To be continued~
