The star in the top left shows how many stars you have discovered. The planet in the top left shows how many bodies (planets, dwarf planets, moons, etc.) you have found. Click/tap and hold to find planets and stuff. Discover stars by not tapping/clicking or holding. The only upgrade that works in the current version is the top-most button in the menu. Click the yellow dot in the middle of the button (or tap) to purchase the upgrade. This upgrade does not cost stars or planets. The requirement is that you have equal to or more than 65 planets discovered but it will not spend 65 of them once you buy it. The upgrade improves your discovery rate so you earn 2 stars and 2 planets (respectively based on if you are holding the screen or not) instead of 1 for every increment. Don’t mind the timer, that only matters for the resetting sequence. To reset progress, click the button and wait until the timer hits 25 seconds. Then (to debug it if it doesn’t work properly, click the flag that starts it) you can keep playing with progress wiped. All upgrades will be taken away and will need to be bought again. This cannot be undone.
DISCLAIMER! This game was an original idea and I did not get it from, nor try to “copy” or steal from star clicker or any other similar games. I just thought of making a game like this, then I discovered star clicker was a game (and a way better one too, lol). So I just wanted to clarify to anyone who is reading that. Enjoy the game! VERSION: 0.3. NEW FEATURES: Added new sick 8 other backgrounds and background changer, changed requirement (still doesn’t COST anything) for the first upgrade to 75 planets instead of 65, some minor bug fixes and improvements. For now, this is a heavy WIP and is not ready/finished. Progress doesn’t save, and likely will never in the future (sorry I know the point of these types of games is to grind and save up a bunch, but idk how to code it so the scores save for each player individually). At the moment, this is pretty much just a sit-here-and-wait-because-why-not type of game. You can’t upgrade too much or do anything else other than discover planets and stars yet. I hope things get better soon, feedback is always appreciated! P.S. I will be able to update the game more (hopefully in the near future) once I get better at block coding. Thanks for playing in its current state! P.P.S. This game is not expected to be that successful or good, so don’t get too excited for new updates or anything like that. I am a small coder with little fame out there (if any) and I don’t intend to put a (like an actual time’s worth of good work) good frame to the game (and it will probably be one of those games that are just intentionally bad but still entertaining if yk what I mean. I will only be treating this as a part-time thing until I get better at scripting and artwork. Sorry if this is disappointing! I hope you enjoy the game when the finished product is out. Thanks for understanding. P.P.P.S. eek sorry for such long description and instructions lol so yeah.
