It can never make 100% due to the percentages being rounded to the first 5 digits. It's a rare chance that it makes 100%, which I've never seen. Ok nevermind, I just got 85% and 15% circle. That's not bad. Edit: EUH I JUST GOT 100.264% Edit: 191.629999999997%. W H A T? So it turns out the percentage thing was half broken.. had to remove!
