Make motion over the "Start Placing" button on the bottom left of the screen. You will be able to make the circle at the left top of the screen move (Use your hand to move it). When you are done placing the circle, quickly move your hand away from the circle and make motion over the "Stop Placing" button. Then repeat this process to continue to drag more and more circles on the screen. Once you place the circle it cannot be erased. To clear the canvas make motion over the "Erase All" button.
