Space or click INTRO Hello! Today I have a fantribe that I made. I just randomly decided to make one. They are called Microwings and are kind of like mini dragons. I might make an myo idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Examples are some of my ocs I came up with. DESCRIPTION Microwings are a small species of dragon that range from black to white but sometimes have little dots of color. They are never completely white or black or gray, as they have tints of another color. They are usually a little smaller than a scavenger. They don’t have horns except for one on their tail. This horn doesn’t do anything special, but it is very sharp and can kill in seconds if hit in the right place. Their eye colors can be any color, as long as it’s pale. There are some rare colors such as dark colors such as dark blue or gold but that is very rare, kind of like animus magic but even rarer. (They don’t have animus magic tho) ABILITIES 1. They have a sharp horn on their tail which is deadly (because it’s sharp and stuff) 2. They can breathe smoke which if inhaled you can choke on and you can’t breathe which will suffocate you. 3. They can fit into small spaces which makes it easy for them to escape if captured 4. Very rarely, A Microwing gets the ability to sense gemstones underground. This power is called a gem-senser. (Very creative I know) HIERARCHY/FAMILIES Microwings live in groups called spikes which have 3-10 dragons but can have up to 20. Spikes are very organized, Having one leader who controls the rest. This leader is usually the biggest, the strongest and/or the bravest. There is no heir or royal family. When the leader dies the biggest, the strongest and/or the next bravest steps up. There is no way for a leader to resign. After the leader it ranks down all the way to the bottom where the smallest, the weakest and/or the meekest is. This dragon will eat last and get the worst sleeping spot. Microwings do not mate for life, but instead every few years the spike travels to find another spike where they mate, and a few months later when all the eggs have been laid the spikes go back to their homes to care for the eggs. The mother cares for the egg until it hatches. When the egg hatches, the mother goes back to her normal job while the rest of the spike takes care of the dragonet. When it is old enough (about 5 years, they reach adulthood before other dragons) it is asked whether they want to stay or leave and either join another or create their own spike. NAMES Sometimes Microwings don’t have names and are referred to as sir or ma'am, but most of the time they do have names. They are named off of gemstones like my oc Peridot. The color of the gemstone is based off their eye color and in rare cases the tint of their scales, for example a microwing with green eyes or a green tint to their scales could be called emerald. Names don’t matter if they are a male or female, they are just given names. DIET/HABITAT Microwings live basically everywhere except underwater, but prefer to stay in remote forests or mountains. They are very territorial, so you will rarely find 2 spikes close to eachother. They live on pyrriah. Microwings are omnivores. They eat berries, bugs and small rodents like rats. They are very picky (Like me) FUN FACTS -Some royalty keep Microwings as pets. -It is very common for Microwings to be queer, and they have the highest amount in all of phyrriah despite being a smaller tribe. -It is very very very hard to find a microwing hybrid as they prefer to stay away from the other tribes, and because of it they have no animus magic.
