I am SUPER proud of this OMG- the lighting, the design, and the new idea I got for my story all combined together makes me very pleased! :D ✨ 2) Dusk's ref! I finally made a legitimate design (no need to enter DTAs anymore haha /j). I love the palette so much! Her colors are supposed to resemble the moon and ice. 3) This is supposed to be a few of Dusk's emotions. I had fun :) 4) Story-boarded artwork. I would want my book cover to look like this if I were to draw one! :D [adding more soon] ✃ — — — — Art + Design - @Alpha_Wolf_Coder © (AA- PLEASE do not steal my artwork!) OC species - Me - please don't use this species in your projects! Consider how there are MYOs and that you have to do certain things in order to use the species! (I'm not saying I have a MYO... I'm just saying that you can't use the species without credit). Arrow Code - Me (AWC) Zoom - @ColorSnatch Art Program - Kleki + Photomosh (mildly surprised that kleki had this much potential. I figured out a new lighting technique all by myself B]) Music - Birds (Imagine Dragons) <- Just going to say, he's my favorite pop artist. This song especially is the BEST in my opinion (this is my answer for the QOTW in a studio). There is an official animation on youtube (on his channel) and I just love it so much <3 It's honestly the most moving + emotional animation I've watched in a while. I recommend it to older audiences as it contains mature themes. (I don't know why I wrote almost a full paragraph for this XD I just thought I'd mention it because I think it's an underrated song compared to Imagine Dragon's other hits) Please don't remix this project if you change little to nothing (especially because this is just art!! I don't understand why you'd want to add more coding effects-)! It is really annoying to me. You are welcome to make fan art if you'd like)! :D ✃ — — — — New OC - Dusk First of all, I'm going to start off by saying that I'm super proud of her design! I kept her species the same ofc, but this is sort of the replacement for Dawn. Hear me out! So in my original story, instead of the main character being named "Dawn", her name was actually "Dusk" the whole time (I wish there were a better way to phrase that sentence hhhh-). I wanted the name to be different on scratch because the original Dawn design was never going to be permanent. In other words, Dawn was a temporary name (like I said in one of my first projects featuring her). I knew I was going to change her design at some point. I'm not going to spoil much, but she is a creature who harnesses the power of the moon. My story will focus mostly on a specific feeling many suffer through. Hopefully it will be way different from Warriors and WoF (partly why I created an entirely different species for my story XD). That's all I'm saying! Some of you might be wondering what this will result in for my comic series featuring Dawn. She will remain the same (same name, design, etc.). I was always planning to have the comic story on scratch differ from the story I'm writing irl. I'm not copying my entire story onto scratch if you understand what I mean :) As for my irl story... I haven't really started "writing" yet. I'm mostly working on the story outline/arc first! If it ever becomes one, the book series will probably consist of 3-5 books depending on how I deliver all the info! I've got a pretty good idea on what the story is (I've been brainstorming a lot!!). I'm really excited to begin the writing process EEEEEEEEEEEEE! This hopefully goes without saying, but please do not steal any of the info you've gathered from this project and use it as your own (like my OC, species, details of my story, etc.). I've worked really hard planning all of this out! Also Dusk (friend on scratch), I promise I didn't steal your scratch nick name lol- I created the name a long time ago. ✃ — — — — Thank you so much if you read everything above!
