Wait ok something’s up with scratch the thumbnail might be a fuzzy worm Ok, so, its been a couple months since I last sewed, and today I decided I wanted to make something! I really wanted to do something from Lockwood and Co. Any of the actual characters would be WAY to hard for me, so i decided to do an item. It was between a rapier and a ghost (looking back I think i might have been able to make the skull. Darn, I wish i could have done that. Maybe next weekend) i decided on rapier, and It was going pretty great! Until i realized that the only grey ‘fabric’ I had was this weird, thin, plastic-y feeling material. I decided to use it but it was REALLY difficult to work with. It kept ripping and was really fragile. I also didnt make the point at the end of the sword sharp enough so i ended up with this turkey baster looking thing. Yay!
Finished Lockwood and co book one! Exited to read the next >:D I will definitely be trying to make this again, but probably when i get a better grey to sew with!
