Another mascot vector. This time the summer Universiade in Kazan, 2011 (i think?) I used the beta design for this because: 1) it was the only image I could find on Aldaver.com, 2) the FISU official site got the mascot info page taken down (that made me so sad) 3) Does Scratch even let you import .WEBP images???
