Had to put this in a project lol @anonymouslyy- - Marbled! - I loved role playing when I was younger, and I really really want to get back into it. I love Marbledkit’s design, and I have roleplayed munchkinism before, so I believe I’ll be a good fit for this baby! - 6 years, on and offsite! I have had 3 tfcrp ocs (Waspsnow, dreamkit, chickadeefeather) before I quit in 2022 and then I roleplayed offsite, on dîścørd. I’m also writing my own characters! - I’m aiming for 60+ moons. I want my baby to live a happy life! - Hi! I’m Kasper, I’m a trans man living in north east England with my 2 cats and my family! I’m 13 this year. My favourite type of weather is the rain, and I love to write and draw my ocs and write about them in my notes app ^^’ - 9.5/10, divorced parents means I have to travel a lot!! - Munchkinism - 1: https://www.ufaw.org.uk/cats/munchkin-limb-deformity#:~:text=Outline%3A%20Due%20to%20a%20deleterious,be%20predisposed%20to%20painful%20osteoarthritis. 2: https://thelittlecarnivore.com/en/blog/munchkin-cat-do-they-suffer-health-issues-and-ethics 3: https://kb.rspca.org.au/knowledge-base/what-are-the-health-and-welfare-issues-associated-with-exaggerated-physical-features-in-cats/ (this one has many breeds, but I’m looking at the munchkin one specifically!!) Munchkinism in cats is a genetic defect causing issues with the growth of cartilage in the limbs, this results in shorter legs than the average cat. The behaviour of these cats can be affected. A large portion of munchkin kittens die at birth, due to the severe mutation, but those who do survive are highly likely to have osteoarthritis at old age due to the abnormal stress on their limbs, which I will probably roleplay in Marbled’s life. It is not recommended that munchkin cats breed, to avoid carrying the deformity in their genetics. Folded ears (osteochoendrodysplasia) 1: https://icatcare.org/advice/scottish-fold-disease-osteochondrodysplasia/ 2: https://www.ufaw.org.uk/cats/scottish-fold-osteochondrodysplasia 3: https://kb.rspca.org.au/knowledge-base/what-are-the-animal-welfare-problems-associated-with-scottish-fold-cats/ Osteochoendrodysplasia, or “Scottish fold disease” is a hereditary mutation where the cartilage in the cat’s ears is folded down. It is a dominant trait, which means if a carrier has a litter, all the kits will have the same ears. The condition sometimes causes deformities in other parts of the body, visible as early as 7 days old. It affects not only ear cartilage, it affects cartilage throughout the body. It can cause crippling lameness and chronic pain, most cats needing long-term pain relief. It is also recommended that cats with this condition do not have kits. - this baby is adorable! He caught my eye with the glint of his fur and adorable appearance! - TRIVIA TIME (yippee!) - His favourite scent is petrichor, the smell after storms. - He smells like mint and pine trees, and a bit like soil. - His favourite thing to do is collect flowers to decorate his fur with. - He can’t stand being dirty, his fur is always groomed to perfection. - Despite his size, he insists that one day he will be the best warrior in the clan, and is heavily driven by his motivations. - He really loves the night. Like he will nap during the day just to see the stars in the sky. - Marbled keeps hiding his pet snails in the nursery, annoying the queens. How does he find this many? - thank you for letting me apply for this absolute baby of a kitten, even if I don’t win, it was a pleasure trying!
the added stuff I forgot <33 Gender and Sexuality: Cisgender Homosexual <33 Personality: (Warning! This is long lol) MBTI: INFJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging.) Marbled is a very strong thinker, and will keep his opinions. He is very difficult to manipulate, or convince he’s wrong. He is aspirational, always pushing himself to be the best at what he loves. He is very confident and comfortable taking up space, and prides himself upon his independence. He’d probably be the first to leave the nursery when he’s old enough, or to wean off his mother’s milk. He knows what he wants from life. As a result, he may sometimes become arrogant and clumsy with other cats, forgetting how his words affect others. He can’t handle being bad at something, and that is something he must get over as he matures and builds relationships with other cats, that things can’t always go his way. The biggest emotion that affects him is jealousy. He hates someone else being better than him at his interests and hobbies. He will probably prosper in life, if he can get it in his head that he can not always be the best and the most fantastic, especially with his disability. RP example!! The sun flooded into the rotting wood slats of the barn, staining the dusty ground a warm amber.
