Chapter 2: School I walked into the blue and yellow school that looks cheery, but is really the place of my doom. I could hear everybody whispering. "Look, there goes the weird kid." "Autism AND dyslexia? How does that kid even function?" They thought I was to dumb and too weird to hear them, but I could hear them. I walked down the halls to my classroom, and I could hear even more whispers. "Imagine not being able to read. Couldn't be me." I finally got to my classroom, and I got ready to be bullied. The worst part was, I had no one to stand up for me. When the teacher came in, all of the bullies stopped and acted like perfect students. They didn't act like they were kids bullying an innocent kid like me. My autism isn't as bad as some people, but my bullies act like it's the worst thing in the world. My dyslexia is really bad, though. The doctor I went to said it was incurable. The bullies were pretty normal today. They took the teacher's biggest textbook and told me to read it. "Oh you can't? Poor baby," they said, and pretended to be sad. They do this all the time. For my autism, they get me excited by saying we have no homework or something like that, then they make fun of me because I "flap" my arms. I tried to ignore them, but it's hard. I went to my seat calmly, and I sat down.
For a collab I'm doing with @supercat2girl! She made the cover as well :)
