(Currently in version 1.0) Wander through Lario Forest and find many gnomes, but be warned... Some gnomes are dangerous...
This is kind of a Pizza Tower fan game if you can call it that, so most credit goes to the devs at Pizza Co. (or whatever their secret underground base where they test out weapons of mass destruction is called.)
