Chapter 11: The therapist I did what Jace said, and I got a therapist. I didn't want Mom to know, because she would think something was up, and she would overreact. I opened up my computer, and I searched "therpastists neer me." I got out the little reading machine, and I saw what I had typed, and I laughed. But, I focused on getting a therapist, and I clicked on a site. After 2 hours of searching, I finally found a therapist that was free to go to, and that didn't sound like a complete monster. Nolan O'Brien was his name, and he was a 32 year old. I copied and pasted his email address, and started typing. 'To: Nolan O'Brien Subject: I need a therapist Hi, my name is Isabel, and I have some problems in school. I don't want to give you that much information, because I know that you're supposed to tell therapists everything when they're actually your therapist. Anyway, I'm bullied at school. I have autism and dyslexia, and things are hard for me. I only have one (maybe two) friend(s). Someone I know named Jace texted me and said I should get a therapist because everything's hard for me. I followed her advice, I looked for therapists, and I found you. So, maybe you could help?' I read my email over with the reading device, and I hit the send button. I hoped that Nolan O'Brien would see my email.
