Produced by minustwo @ Watchers Four Studios This is an WORKING version! The final version will have @QueenRapidy rapping on it :] Recording Notes for @QueenRapidy: (Note: this is the same note as the other note in the other project) First, thanks for this opportunity! You are definitely one of, if not the best rapper on scratch, so it's an honor to work with you. If you have any suggestions at all on the beat, I'd be glad to work on it. Also, you can re-name this song whatever you want. I just use distinct names for beats so I remember them. Regarding recording: I'm not sure if you've worked with a producer who has mixed your vocals before. I haven't really seen many producers on scratch who do this, so I'm just gonna say all the things that I would need, as your producer, for this song. Sorry if most of this is something you already know! 1. A Capella vocals Basically, vocals without the backing track. I need at least 2 takes (recordings) of every lyric in the song. This means that you would need to record the entire song, twice, without recording the actual beat as well. This allows me to mix your voice, and makes sure that I can remove unintended background noises. If I get more than 2 takes, I can do cool audio effects like doubles :) 2. A guideline w/ the song Just one take of you rapping, with the song. Since I'm not in the studio with you, I want to make sure that I line up your vocals how you want them to be lined up. Some recording tips: - Use your best mic in a quiet place :) - If you have access to some sort of production software, it's super helpful to use that. You can line up your vocals in post, and also do takes very easy. Some free software are: - windows: audacity - macos: GarageBand - chromebook: soundtrap Please let me know if you have any questions -minustwo
