Use it like a real lift. Warning loud noises !
Title : Now gone ! Dodgy 2010 Kleemann (Inst. Liftwise) MRL Hydraulic lift… Credits to @Foxorolo, @Jon5432 and everyone else who has provided the assets for this project. Welcome to my 1rst project ever ! Lift informations : - Kleemann generic (Installed by Liftwise). - Built in 2010 - MRL Roped Hydraulic - LiSA microprocessor logic controller - LiSA fixture line - Klemafone Emergency telephone - Memco full height door sensors - Klefer (Fermator) VF5+ doors - Kleemann MRL hydraulic pump w/ Blain valve - Y/D (Star-Delta) hydraulic motor starter - 630 Kg or 8 Persons capacity. - Position of the machinery : In the lift pit. - Located at a NewLook (Now turned into a River Island) department store in the Factory-Multi-Market shopping center which is located somewhere in the UK. - The footage was recorded in September 2022. - This lift has a very glitchy logic system because guess who was maintaining this thing………well of course…… it’s maintained by a stupid generic……………aaaaaaand it was maintained by………..we’re about to find out and it was……KOTORI MINAMI !!!! AAARRRRRGGGHLLL !!!! Theses i(… have f…ed up the logic which adds fake calls and then, it reboots in a very wierd way and spends ages booting up ! If the doors are closed and the logic detects that the element 1 of the « calls » list is a fake call like the actual floor or a nonexistent floor like B or a random number apart from 0 and 1. The people who have used this lift have complained a lot about it and this faulty lift has caused the bankrupt of that NewLook which is now closed down and that dodgy Kleemann has been turned off. In January 2023, River Island as taken over the store and renovated and they have chosen Schindler for the lift maintenance and they have completely checked out that Kleemann and instead of fixing the logic controller which can be easy for a brand like Schindler, they have done the « C… generic lift company behaviour » which is saying that the lift needs replacing because they can’t fix it but they were saying a total lie ! So, Schindler has destroyed that poor Kleemann MRL hydro despite that it was only built in year 2010 together with the NewLook department store which has been entirely renovated and everything has been ripped out and replaced including the modern-looking wall plasterboards and the modern doors from 2010. And Schindler hasn’t put one of their real lifts but instead, they have built a very very cheap and rubbish Lester Controls lift with an awful brand new and very very cheap, nasty, tin-can and flimsy Harrington MRL motor and a very rubbish brand new Harrington VF drive which works so badly despite having 2D barcode absolute positioning system (Like Lester’s with Magnetek HPV VF drives) ! Obviously, they just wanted money ! R.I.P. Kleemann : 2010-2023. The shopping centre used to be an old steel factory which was built in 1955 and had originally no lifts. The factory closed down in 1999 and it was renovated between 2001-2004. This River Island (Formerly NewLook) department store has been added later and built next to the main building in 2007-2010 and this Kleemann has been installed by Liftwise. The main shopping center features a scenic and glass 2004 Orona hydraulic main lift which still works perfectly well unlike that Kleemann and the new Schindler generic MRL lift which are much flimsier than the Orona but the Kleemann is still much better than the new lift which is incredibly cheap and ultra flimsy ! It’s even worse than a Kleemann MRL hydro, a Schindler 3000 or even an Otis Genesis (Super cheap Gen2) in terms of built quality !!! So, that glass Orona is one of the most durable lifts of this shopping centre. It also features a big service lift which is also an Orona hydraulic lift and it could be used by the clients and that lift was built in 2005. The mall also features 2 other lifts which are a 2008 Oakland at the Next department store which was built later between 2005-2008 and a 2007 Orona Wormdrive mixed use service/passenger lift which connects to the Next, the NewLook (Now River Island) and the rest of the mall. Here is the list of the lifts at this malll : - The generic Schindler MRL traction lift (The former 2010 MRL hydraulic Kleemann lift) : Coming up. - The 2010 MRL hydraulic Kleemann lift (Now replaced with a generic Schindler MRL gearless traction) : You are here. - The 2004 hydraulic Orona main glass and scenic lift : Coming up. - The 2008 hydraulic Oakland : Coming up. - The large 2005 hydraulic Orona lift : Coming up. - The 2007 Orona Wormdrive MRL-Traction lift : Coming up.
