Press W to avoid the barriers heading towards you. Press SPACE to jump. Press them quickly (W+Space (in order)) to perform a Flip Jump. Press SPACE and (when you are touching the ground) W to perform a Jump Flip. Don't press the play button twice, it ruins the effect.
