~I~ It was just a normal day. Like always, except there was no fighting today. It passed quickly. Soon enough it was time for bed. “Now don’t stay up too late we have stuff to do tomorrow.” “So what? It’s not like I can sleep in anyway. You guys set the alarm for 5:00am, which is too early if you ask me.” “We know, Sora. You’ve only been complaining about it for a week.” “Then I thought you would have changed it by now. But no.” “Just go to bed.” “What if I said no?” “GO. TO. BED.” “Ok Donald geez.” After a few minutes Sora made sure that Donald and Goofy were asleep, and he got out of bed. I don’t understand, Sora thought. Why is it that we must get up so early? I mean I know we have to do very important things but 5am? If I could control it the alarm would be around 8! Guess they just don’t want to sleep huh? A creaking sound came from outside the door. Guess I should figure out what that noise is, he thought. The sound didn’t stop. It freaked him out. What could be making that sound?Are we under attack? Heartless are more active at night, so it isn’t unusual.(thoughts) Before leaving the room to enter the hallway, Sora grabbed his Keyblade, just in case they really were under attack. He walked to the end of the hall. Two glowing red eyes stood in front of him. It began to run, and he chased after it. Sora could now see a figure about his height and made of pure shadow. But this wasn’t a heartless. “Get back here!” The shadowy figure said nothing and kept running. Sora chased it until they got to a dead end. “Nowhere to run now, right? So tell me, what are you doing in our palace?” They said nothing. “Cone on, don’t be scared! I won’t hurt you! Please tell me!” Nothing again. The figure vanished, and in its place was a portal. Guess I should tell someone about this, Sora thought. He stared at the portal. Then he felt a slight push from behind and fell in. The shadow figure closed the portal, a smile upon it’s face.
