Hello, hello and welcome *bows* to Camp Forest Lake's Camper Sign-ups for April 2023! This session camp will be running from the 8th to the 30th, we hope to see you there! Before you sign-up however, please read the FAQ (form is at the bottom so you must read the FAQ mwahaha): ❖ Q: What is Camp Forest Lake? A: CFL or Camp Forest Lake is a quarterly online scriptwriting camp that takes place during the first (usually) 3 weeks of January, April, July and October. Everyone makes a line goal for themself to reach during the month. All campers are sorted into dorms, where you have a nice competition against each other and learn all about scriptwriting! Q: What is a line goal and what would you suggest as a good goal would be for beginners? A: The line goal is the amount of lines you'd like to write during this session. There are generally around 30-50 lines a page so we recommend a 300 line goal if your more experienced or around 150 if your a beginner. You can not have a line goal lower than 20. Q: What is the timezone that camp runs on? A: Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), dailies and weeklies are updated at 12am UTC. Q: What are some of the activities in camp? A: Like most camps, CFL has dailies and weeklies which are updated daily or weekly and are full of fun prompts to do to earn points for your lodge. As well as, memory book cover contests and voting and a scriptwriting competition. We also offer wellbeing activities in the main cabin which are updated every few days and line wars. Q: What are the Lodges this session and who are the (co)Counselors? A: Owl (Musical) - @Mouseloverr and @CookieRun_Kat Snowdrop (Drama) - @Milkysplash and @Iris_Galaxy Lynx (Comedy) - @RoseReef and @TWILIGHT_A Wolf (Thriller) - @TheBibliophile7, @-KenzieCamps- and You can write your scripts in any genre you'd like, regardless of what lodge you are in!
