Europe map but the Central Powers won WW1

Instructions

Europe circa 1933, 15 years after the victory of the Central Powers over the Entente in the First World War, and 3 years since the last peace in the Balkan and Franco-German War. Things that happened in this alternate timeline: - The treaty between Germany and Russia was a bit different (because I wanted to make the map look nicer)(1918) - There is a new economic bloc led by Germany called "Mitteleuropa", and includes all of their puppet states plus the Netherlands, Denmark, and Finland(1919) - France has become one of the militarily weakest countries in the world, and its colonies are in revolt(1919) - The Bolsheviks were able to gain most of Russia, but there are still major White Army holdouts in the Caucasus, Turkmenistan, and Karelia(1919) - The Ottomans gained territory from Persia/Iran(1919) - Italy collapsed and is essentially an Austrian puppet state(1917) - Albania became an Austrian puppet state(1919) - France lost Corsica to Piedmont (an Austrian puppet state)(1918) - Austria-Hungary gained parts of Veneto(1917) - Most of the Arabian Peninsula became an Ottoman vassal state(1919) - Britain lost the Sinai Peninsula to the Ottomans(1919) - Ireland declared independence(1916) - Bulgaria took all of Dobruja from Romania(1919) - Sardinia declared independence from Italy and is in conflict with France(1920) - Montenegro somehow exists(1919) - Serbia lost some land from all of the Central Powers (also Albania) and is on the brink of collapse(1919) - Libya managed to drive the Italians out and become independent, but Germany is eyeing up the country(1915) - The war between France and Sardinia ends in a stalemate.(1921) - France remilitarized and declared war on Spain with Portugal joining their side. This ends with a Franco-Portuguese win but with both in a weakened state.(1922-1924) - With support from the democracies of Europe the W.A. wins and forms Republican Russia. During the war Finland, Ruthenia, and Ukraine gained land.(1919-1925) - Austria freed their puppets and France annexed Peidmont and Italy annexed Sardina(1925) - Austria-Hungary and Bulgaria divide Serbia and Montenegro after they collapsed.(1925) - Germany and Ukraine invaded Poland due to diplomatic issues. This ends in German-Ukrainian win. Poland is now a tiny puppet of Germany.(1924-1925) - Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire leaves the Central Powers and form the Balkan Powers.(1926) - Germany maddened by this forms the Anti-Balkan Powers Entente. Bulgaria joins.(1926) - This dubbed “Cold War” escalates into a full on conflict and France declares war on Germany as a third party. Germany and France reach a ceasefire for Ten years and in the war a peace is achieved with no winner but Austria-Hungary collapses.(1927-1930) - The 1st Ottoman War starts from a rebellions that escalated quickly. It ends in Rebels/Invaders win.(1931-1932) - Italy forms the Italian Empire and invades Lombardy and wins.(1935)
