Activity description: Sometimes it feels like we’re alone in the writing process, but SWC can help to show us we really aren’t. However, being behind a screen can sometimes feel a bit restrictive in terms of subconsciously realizing that we are speaking to other human beings behind their own screens. So here’s an exercise we can try: take a picture of your writing setup (which for most of us will be a laptop on a desk), careful to remove any personal information either before or after the shot. Upload the picture to a scratch project and send it to me (Birdi). I will create a collage from these pictures (without your names for maximum privacy <3). This will hopefully serve to show us that we really are working with other people, and we’re all in this together.
