This will cause an over abundance of toxic rain that will cover the entire earth leading up to a global flood wiping out humanity. 2nd winner = a microscopic ball of solid ice the size of an atom. 3rd winner = The most cold thing in the universe Those who tried but were not the winners, don't be upset...everyone will win someday.
