Click the fruit or hit space to get clicks. The upgrades are formatted Cost-Upgrade. If there is nothing after the second number, then it sets the clicks to the number. If it has a "ps" after the number, then it's adds those clicks per second. You may not have enough fruit, so check if it doesn't give you something.
