(Previously from Prologue) A Giant hurricane like portal came in the book, "What's going on!?" Star exclaimed, Clementine didn't have time to react she felt her claws getting sucked in! "Star!! Help!" she exclaimed as Star tried to grab her and hold on but her clumsy claws accidentally let go of the wall, then they both fell into the portal and it closed. Darkness was around her and Clementine opened her eyes just to gasp the hardest in her life.."WE ARE IN THE PAST!" She exclaimed as she saw couldn't believe it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (Chapter 1) It's just..impossible. How?! This is unbelievable, Star got up, they were on a beach. "This is nuts." Star said, Clementine nodded, "You said it. But.. I think I know this timeline. In this timeline, there's a school called Jade Mountain Academy. I think we could get more research there if we sign up." "You sure it's open?" Star asked with a look of doubt. Clementine nodded again, "I just don't know where it is..but according to the maps..I'd think it's near, but might be hours or even DAYS until we get there.", "WELL GREAT." Star said sarcastically, "We should try anyway." Clementine said, making a point. "Alright..Apparently we have hope." Star said, and they both went flying to Jade Mountain Academy...It's been hours.HOURS, and Clementine's poor wings never flew so much, "Wait," Star said, "Won't they asked questions like, where we live, or do we have parents.", Clementine never thought of that, "We'll say we are orphans and Im sure they'll let us through.", "That is stupid." Star growled, "Well too late, because this is it." Clementine said. They landed, there was a giant muddying, from her history books, this is Clay the mudwing, one of the chosen ones that stopped the great sandwing war. They both landed and she looked behind and there were dragons behind them trying to also lat-minute sign up. "Hello, I am Clay and do you two wanna sign up for the last two slots?" He asked, "Yes we do." Clementine said firmly, no time to be a scaredy-dragon she always is. "Names?" he asked, "Im Clementine and this is Star, I'm 9 years and she's 3", "Mhm. alright do you two have parents?"..Thats question stumped her, no they don't their parents...didn't want them.."No..." Star answered for her, the mudwing looked at them with a face full of guilt, "Alright, tomorrow is the start of Jade Mountain Academy so tomorrow talk to a nightwing named Fatespeaker an you'll meet your clawmates, sounds good?" he asked, they nodded, "Oh! and by the way, are you two hybrids?", Oops. They didn't think of an answer for that! "Yes!" Clementine blurted out, "Of what?" The mudwing asked, "Rainwing and Seawing hybrids." Star said, the mudwing looked at hem for a second of doubt then nodded and went back to Jade Mountain Academy. They flew to a cave that they found and ate a few pieces fish, bleh. "I can't believe that actually worked!" Star said in disbelief, Clementine nodded, she couldn't believe it either. It was the new day, this time Clementine and Star woke them selves up by them selves. They stretched, both are afraid of what will happen and what might not, they flew to the Jade Mountain Academy in silence, there was a nightwing, Clementine assumed it was Fatespeaker. The black dragon waved at them as soon as they landed, "Do you two wanna look around?" Fatespeaker asked, "We allow dragons here to get used to here.", "Yeah I'd like to do that." star said as they looked at the other dragons that landed, one was looking oddly familiar, (Have I seen this dragon before, she looks so..familiar..) Clementine thought as the little NightWing that she was looking looked at her. Clementine waved and the dragon waved back. There were other dragons, SandWings, SeaWings, RainWings, SilkWings, LeafWings, HiveWings, MudWings, other NightWings, SkyWings, and Clementine's favorite tribe, IceWings..She stared in awe, they looked so cool! Not a joke, not a joke. One in particular looked also familiar, but his gaze was also on her, a grumpy ish gaze but a part of his gaze seemed to be in awe, as if she looked prettier than anything, but his face then turned away quickly, an odd feeling crept up into her chest, a warm feeling but Clementine decided to push it away, it didn't matter anyway. She decided to meet her clawmate or clawmate's, Star was near her and she seemed as nervous as Clementine felt, even though the little dragonet was braver than her 10 times as much. "I think we are in different Winglets." Clementine said, " What!? No! I want to be with you!" Star said, "Is ok, you'll make friends, you are braver than me, Star. So it'll be easy for you." Clementine said as she pushed Star to her cave.Star looked at her with scared eyes but gave her a giant hug before leaving Clementine alone. Clementine now has to do 3 things. 1.get into the cave, 2. don't tell anyone you are from the future, 3. find a way out of here, 4.make friends, wait, no only 3 things, not 4.
(Continued) She stepped into the cave as she felt nauseous to even move. She was about to take a step until she felt someone bump into her, "Oh-! I'm so sorry!" a voice behind her said, Clementine turned around it was the same NightWing. "It's ok, I'm much clumsier than you." Clementine said with a small smile, "Im Clementine." she said, "I'm Moonwatcher." (...I knew it! I knew it was her-) she paused the thought, Moonwatcher could read minds, she had to think about something else, she thought about butterflies, sunshine, and wet grass. "Thats a nice name." she said, trying to pull off the most kindest smile she could, but she was pretty sure her smile looked nervous. Moonwatcher gave her kind sweet smile before they heard a grumble coming to the cave, "I recognize that voice..."she heard Moonwatcher mutter, there came in the IceWing that she saw before."Winter!" Moonwatcher exclaimed, Clementine watched as the NightWing gave the IceWing a giant hug.(Holy goodness...its him..) Clementine thought before she thought of sunshine, butterflies, and wet grass again. The IceWing looked at Clementine, his face looked irritated."Who's that?" he asked, "I'm Clementine." she said with the sweetest smile she could ever give.His face still looked grumpy but she watched as he shrugged, "You'll find out about me later, I don't like to do introductions more than once." he said, his voice was so cold and gave her chills down her spine, but at the same time she liked hearing his voice.ACK!! nope, no, she pushed the feeling away as she nodded, she needed to go read something."I'm going to the history cave." she said, "You sure you don't want to meet your other clawmates?" Moonwatcher asked, "Like the IceWing-Errr-Winter, I think..said, introductions later." she said as she went off to read, the only place where she could get peace and quiet. She was at the history cave, there was a dragon, was his name-Starflight? She forgot. "Who is there?" he asked, "Uh, my name is Clementine." she said, "Ahh yes, Clay told me." he said, "Go ahead and read if you want, or get peace and quiet if you want." (What if I want both?) she thought before she decided to get a book, everything was kinda the same but different, she decided to read up on RainWings, her tribe that is devolved. She read that RainWings could go invisible, well, camouflage, and they could change colors based off their emotions. Clementine and Star couldn't change their colors from emotions, going invisible is still a question, she continued to read, it said that they could also spit venom, Clementine felt as the devolved tribe now...she felt useless, she decided to take the book with her, "Err..Starflight, may I borrow this book?" She asked, "Yes, sure, just bring it back." he said, with a nod. Clementine walked off, realizing it was going to be night soon. In her dream she was flying, she touched the cloud, it was amazing, she swooped down to the water as she touched it. It was cold but in her dream it was awesome, until she heard muttering, her eyes opened as she saw Moonwatcher muttering something, Winter was sleeping, but this dragon was..sleep talking? Weird.
