Press the green flag to start the game. Then use the arrow keys to fight with or move Captain Antibiotic. When you finish or lose the game, re-click the green flag to restart the game. The pill will not move w/ your cursor or mouse. When the chance comes, press the spacebar to use/activate the medicine bombs. HINT: To upgrade medicine bombs, grab the tiny key at the end of every level. And at the beginning of the boss level. Lastly, don't be discouraged by the "GAME OVER" sign if you lose the game. Keep trying to win the game! FYI, I will make a leaderboard for those of you who do win the game!
