Despite the encounter they had just the day before, Tybalt felt different this time. He still despised those associated with the Montages, but he felt as if he could make an exception for these fellows. He felt almost envious of them. He wanted to mvrder them more than he wanted to kiIl Romeo, only he could be the hottest man in the room. Of course it might be a temporary feeling. Maybe? An unusual feeling he had towards these men. Instead of teeming with hatred, he felt some version of fondness. Tybalt quickly looked away as he continued to think of these men. Benvolio and Mercutio on the other hand, were too full of the party to pay any attention to Tybalt’s eyes. Not until They realized that dear Romeo was gone. “Ugh, Benvolio, whither is that Romeo?” Mercutio complains. “Dear Romeo’s probably taking thy advice, finding another person instead of that Rosaline.” Benvolio replies, tapping Mercutio's shoulder, now pointing at Tybalt. “Now that gent ov'r thither is one to stare”
