This is one of my My Hero academia OCs! Heres a bit of info in her- Rumi is a funny and loyal person. However, when it comes to things like violence or fighting she's a huge coward, but tries her best to act brave. This is the main reason she never wanted to be a hero. Her quirk is wings, similar to hawks she has wings that she can use to fly, but she cannot control each individual feather. She can pull out her feathers and harden them, making them useful as daggers. (she never uses them as any kind of weapon though) Rumi usually uses her feathers as quills for writing, because she wants to be a writer/author when she grows up.
