Feel free to remix and improve this basic simulation. On the home screen feel free to change the various list variables and watch the results in the subsequent simulation. The 'Response Control' button allows you to manually control the 'lockdown level' and 'testing' variables. The green dots are uninfected. The red ones are infected with the virus. The grey dot have recovered but still have a smaller chance of reinfection for a certain period of time. The pink box is the quarantine area which the infected dots showing symptoms are sent to if they are randomly tested when touching a main centre (black box). The black boxes are main centres that all dots have a chance of going to. As the 'lockdown' levels increase the dots will slow their movements and the chance of travelling to a main centre.
Disclaimer: None of the input data in this simulation was taken from real world studies. The accuracy of the simulator is off with respect to the number of deaths occurring (there's a bug I can't seem to find). The amount the simulation is wrong by is shown in the quantity error variable, and also the purple line on the graph. #Simulation #simulation #Science #science #modelling #model
