..::THE MOM CHALLENGE::.. Viewers, I present before you today a very high-effort shaded scene of a leopard-spotted sand cat in the desert!! Remembering my "dad challenge" that I posted yesterday, I asked my mom to come up with something unusual for me to draw. My mom's imagination invented a sand cat with leopard spots. While her idea wasn't quite as outrageously creative as my dad's winged catphin, I agreed to draw it, and I came up with this drawing. Then I decided to Google exactly what a sand cat looked like, so I could be somewhat accurate. I discovered that sand cats have wide, floofy faces, short legs, long tails, and big eyes. Then, halfway through my drawing, I realized that sand cats HAVE STRIPES. So I had to make a completely new layer just to draw tabby stripes on this cute kitty. Again, *can't* draw scenes, so I tried to Google tutorials, and when nothing came up, I decided on distant sand dunes and a blue, slightly cloudy sky.
