We have a little booklet to keep track of our laps, and each page has 20 laps on it. Since I ran 10 each day, I got my mini ribbon yesterday :D. Anyways, let's talk about the Reading Link Challenge! Our team came in third... out of three. We lost, unfortunately. However, it was slightly unfair because we were missing a member and that person was the only one who read one of the books, so we got all the questions for that book wrong. If we hadn't, then we would have tied with second place. This year, the places were really close! First place was one point ahead of second, and we were five points behind second. We also played a lot of Ultimate these afternoons, since the weather has been really nice here. Yesterday, since I had gym, Ultimate, running club, and choir, I managed to reach 13,000 steps (yay!). At school, we started our taiko drumming unit for this term. We have a big performance at the end of the year for taiko, so I'm excited about that! For all of this month, I actually have two books to recommend to you guys! The first book is Ravenfall by Kalyn Josephson. It's a really nice autumn-vibey book, and I really like it. The second book is The Extremely Inconvenient Adventures of Bronte Mettlestone by Jaclyn Moriarty. This book seems kind of childish at first, but I really like it for some reason. I originally rated it four stars in my reading journal and then changed it to five, because the more I thought about it, the better the book seemed, lol. ...I'm starting to regret calling this post "exercise." Why did I do that? I'm too lazy to change it now, AAAHH. Anyways, that's it for today. See you guys on Saturday, hopefully <333 - Sophie
