The Panimperial State of Spamton was founded on January 14th of 1997, when Spamton G. Spamton ( the leader ) had an epiphany. Some say he went crazy; others say he was saner than ever before. Either way, he now had a mission: To unify the world in liberty. Every man created equal, with the right to call their own shots and make their own deals. He struggled to get ahead for years, claiming authority over all of Minneapolis, yet only controlling a slick black wig, a pair of funky glasses, an old black suit, a trash can and a suitcase.
