Ixeji approved content :D So, I decided since I haven't been posting for a while, this is what I could post since a lot of people do need the tutorial (Not an insult) never trust anyone on April 1st, especially me ;) (THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE AN INSULT TO BAD ARTIST LOL, I was at that level once and let me tell you some tips to improve. 1. find an art style!! stick figures are not going to save you. For me, I just found a mashup of art on Pinterest and called it an art style (not the best way, learn from an artist like Kooleen, Sam does Art, Fungzau, Bluebiscuits, etc.) 2. LEARN ANATOMY FIRST. If you don't, your art might look like absolute garbage (no insult :D) any art style anatomy will work as long as one hand isn't as small as the characters non-existing nose 3. REFRENCES. REFRENCES. REFRENCES. USE REFRENCES. I always use references, best tip ever. 4. Don't sweat it! Being a bad artist isn't the end of the world! :) I got a ton of friends who should've moved on from the stick figures by now (Looking at you *side eye*) 5. COPY. I know someone's about to be like "but ixejiiiiiii~ copying is badddd~" shut cho'- copy is bad ONLY when you call it your own :) (yes copying is bad but if you're only using it for anatomy or learning or whatever, then go ahead, never post stolen art as your own. I don't want a flood of scratch messages of angry kids saying copying is bad) 6. don't give up! just because you're a noob doesn't mean you can't get better! 7. try drawing real people or characters from shows! that always helped me rather than to use my own OC's (examples: anime characters? idk what else lol) 8.
