hey guys today i wanna discuss and it took me some time to think about why the comm is dy1ng. honestly, i don't know if its just me but ever since i came back on scratch it just feels different as if it was missing a puzzle as if people were disappearing and here is why i think why aes scratcher are going inactive! ★ reason 1: its too time consuming if you are an aes-scratcher then you will surely understand how time consuming making projects, banners and thumbnails actually are. even an edit can take at least and hour which is honestly quite costly. some people might now have the time for this as we have to deal with irl exams and studies. ★ reason 2: scratcher's leaving consequence there are multiple reasons why scratchers might leave and one of it is because of their friends. when most of your friends leave you will eventually feel bored and lose motivation bcs you do not longer know why you are staying on scratch for. during these days, most of my friends have gone ia (inactive) so i really miss them and have no one to talk to. lmk if you relate :") ★ reason 3: growing out of scratch most people might have experience this and after days, then weeks and when it finally reach years most people have probable grown out of scratch and venture their life. this is pretty normal bcs we would all grow out of something somedays <3 ★ reason 4: covid-19 is over so i'm pretty sure most of us joined scratch ever since covid has started and i guess since it is pretty much over now more people are starting to leave. so i guess it does make sense as people are more busy than we used to be during the covid period. alright, that's all the reasons why i think non aes/aes scratchers are leaving. but truth is we can't make more people leave/join the aes community so let's just try to be active and do the things we love. let me know in the comments if you think you know why they are leaving too. ilyasm and tysm for 300+ followers <3
