After fighting that crudely drawn banished sans and absorbing the magic from his attacks and his virus code, he manifested all of his magic + the additional new magic from banished sans into a new body and now his husk he once used as a host, is now essentially a shell, and he is coming out of it. He is manifesting his new form, he is coming out of the husk shell.
