Disclaimer: I know that it says PJO in the title, meaning the first Percy Jackson series, but I will be using the characters from Heroes of Olympus: Percy, Annabeth, Hazel, Frank, Leo, Piper, and Jason. There will be an escalation in tension as the parts move on, starting with less popular characters and moving up to the final battle between Skulduggery and Percy Jackson himself. IMPORTANT NOTICE: I AM USING RANDOM.ORG TO GET RESULTS FOR THE BATTLES, SO BLAME ACCIDENTAL WINS ON IT, NOT ME! TODAY’S BATTLE: for Skulduggery Pleasant corner we have TANITH LOW vs JASON GRACE! Place your bets below before you read onward! Odds: Tanith:Jason ratio of wins out of ten is 6:4. Who will pull through as the winner? —The Setup— Tanith was running across the rooftops of London when the mysterious boy appeared in a shaft of blinding white lightning. Tanith rushed over to investigate and found the boy on one knee, electricity flickering between his straight blonde hair. “Who are you?” She asked. “I don’t want to fight. If we can find a peaceful solution, like you telling me who you are, maybe I can take you in and get you some help. You look fried.” The boy mumbled something and Tanith leaned closer to listen. “P…Pipson is a better ship than Ganith…” He said, clearly not quite in the right mind. “Forget about peaceful solutions!” Tanith shouted. “You’re dead, scrawny!” —The Battle— Tanith proceeded to kick Jason off the side of the building. He fell and hit the ground with a weak thud. Tanith immediately softened. He was already pretty beat. This would be an easy fight. “Wait.” Jason croaked. “What? Going to apologize for what you said about Ganith?” “What’s Ganith?” “Never mind. Who are you?” “Jason. Jason Grace. I’m not sure where I am. Second time’s the charm, I guess.” “Here.” Tanith helped him up. Jason’s eyes suddenly widened. “I remember now! My friends— we were at a party… the reunion of the Argo II members. Then everything went sideways and we were split apart.” “We’ll find your friends,” Tanith assured him. “However, MY friends might mistake them for enemies. We’d better hurry.” And with that, technically Tanith won, but these two characters were allied to find Jason’s friends. WHAT WILL THE NEXT BATTLE’S RESULT BE? FIND OUT TOMORROW OR WHENEVER ELSE I DECIDE TO MAKE THIS! PJO 3, SP 2
