Stage 4... what a horrendous stage. Our character is now diving into the post-awareness stages. "Trying to remember memories can give away to confusions and horror." More memories are forgotten, our character is forgetting their loved ones names (and maybe even faces), a lot of familiar becomes unfamiliar, so on.
