This is my original song “Indigo”! This is my submission for @THESAVED ‘s Album. I hope you guys enjoy the song! The story circles around insecurities, body shaming, and feeling like you can’t be happy. It shares the important message that words are powerful and can help or hurt someone, and that depression and anxiety are terrifying to deal with it. The “story” that is described in the song is compared to a scary Edgar Allan Poe work or the color indigo that is fairly dark and blue. It shows that even when others are happy, one can still feel lost and scared. This song means a lot to me, so thanks to everyone who listens! <3
