(LET ATTACKS FINISH BEFORE USING THEM AGAIN) Don't spam attacks that could break it. Use fly traps one at a time and don't hold Vines and Nukes. Don't use attacks in overworld if didn't skip the intro. When you get to the end and defeat Flowey the game with reset, and you can play through the intro again.
