Alec was driving through her old town, Rush. She took a deep breath. ‘It's so good to be back..’ She thought. Just then her phone started ringing. She picked it up. ‘Wilbur’ She smiled as she answered facetime. “Hey! Diplomatic Alec!” He said, smiling. She chuckled. “That nickname really does stick, doesn't it?” Wilbur chuckled. “Yup.” She turned down an old dirt road. “Hey, I just turned onto the Duster.” She said, He looked at her. “W-what? That road has not been used in a while.” Alec chuckled. Her phone lit up again. ‘Tommy’ She sighed. “Where’s Tommy?” She asked. “Uh… I think at Sams. Why?” “He’s calling me.” “PFFT- what?” He said, surprised. “Imma answer.” “Wait-!” She answered Tommy. “Ello Alec!” Tommy said, clearly establishing he is happy. “Hey Tommy.” She chuckled. “Where are you?” He asked. “Coming down the Old Duster.” She replied. “How do you still remember that road?” He asked, astonished. She chuckled. “Very carefully, Toms.” Wilbur sent a message. ‘Still talking to him?’ She quickly typed. ‘Yup.’ She hit ‘Send’. Alec sighed. “Everyone misses me?” “Yes…. wait.. What do you mean?” Tommy asked. “Just a hunch.” “Well your hunch is correct.. As always.” She smiled. Alec has always had a crush on Wilbur but recently she’s been getting to know Tommy more and started to realize that she too, had a crush on him. She knew Wilbur felt the same way, she doesn't know what Tommy thinks about her though. She sighed. “I’ll pull up to the high school in a few minutes.” She said, as Tommy nodded thoughtfully. “Understood. I’ll get Wil.” He hung up. “Is he gone?” Wilbur asked, still on call. “Yup.” She answered, sighing. He smiled at the camera. “Can’t wait to see you.” He said softly, his eyes shining. She smiled at the camera, to him. “Me too..” She said softly. As the truck rumbled down the dirt road, she could see the end off the road and the back of the high school. She smirked. They used to use this road whenever they were late to class and sneak into school. She guessed ever since she left, Philza must’ve found out and blocked it off, seeing that it was overgrown with weeds and some grass. The grass was able to just ever so gently brush her front vender. She pulled off the road to see a little group of people waiting for her. She smiled as Wilbur stood there with Philza, Techno, George, and Dream. She hung up, grabbed her hoodie, and got out. Her 1978 Chevy Silverado sat there in the light, gleaming as the dust settled around and on it. Wilbur smiled, slipping his phone in his pocket. Alec slipped the hoodie on and pulled it over her chest.
