Vortex is a cosmic entity who could create portal and warp through time and space. They mostly appeared in mental contact, like in dreams or speak to them in their heads like the voice in their mind. Vortex is neither the past or present, they are the future. They have appeared when the universe was about to collapse. Vortex is immortal, they may seen sometimes to be destroyed but they are the future, and they know what is going to happen. Vortex knows what is going on in every universe, even though they are one being. They are not the most powerful being though.
