Welp, I was bored, got an idea, and boom, here we are now! Anyways, this will be a Srp like the Project name states, if you would like to read, you may, but this will be an important-ish time in Bun buns life <3 ✧- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -✧ Pain, fear, and confusion. That's all that was rushing through Bunnycyclone's mind at the moment as shrill, ear-piercing, yips and yowls rang out through the cold air; the only things keeping Bunnycyclone from dropping down from exhaustion was adrenaline and fear as she sprinted as fast as they possibly could across the sandy dunes of Windclan territory. They couldn't remember how they had happened to get into this situation, yet, as of right now, that didn't really matter to her. All that mattered to Bunny was getting away from the Coyotes that were thundering after them and were unfortunately catching up to her in mere seconds. . . . . . Only hours early, Bunnycyclone had been siting at the entrance of the warrior's den of Thunderclan, watching the clearing that was doused in shimmering blue moon-light; it was mostly silent as the rest of the camp were asleep, but that wasn't the case for Bunnycyclone. Her mind wouldn't rest at all, so many trains of thought ran through out their head to the point where she struggled to even watch as a firefly flew through the camp. With a heavy sigh, the cat stood up and trudged through the camp and brushed past the exit. Bunnycyclone hobbled through the forest silently as thoughts raced back and forth through their head without stopping for a second, Bunny was zoning out so much they didn't notice the old, bramble encased fox den and toppled right through the brambles and into the den. The she groaned in pain when they pushed herself up, yanking a thorn or two out of their shoulder with her teeth. ``Now how did ah' not notice dis' here..`` Bunny grumbled softly when they climbed out of the den, grimacing when she put weight on her left shoulder. The fall had caused one of their smaller, old scars to tear open; not wanting to deal with it at the moment, Bunnycyclone ignored the stinging ache of the wound with a grunt and instead of heading back to camp, they continued their Moon-high walk, soon zoning out completely. An hour or so had passed and Bunnycyclone was still walking, their paws ached, the pads most likely cracked as rough san- sand? When had Bunny left the forest? In a sudden motion, Bunnycyclone halted and shook their head before looking around. Yep. She was definitely no longer in the comforting forest of Thunderclan, but the Harsh desert of Windclan. Blinking in confusion as wind whipped and clawed at her fur, Bunny looked up at the sky, squinting as sand tried to pry it's way into her eye. The moon was still high in sky, the stars twinkling, so not much time could've past, right? The cat shook her head and turned around, expecting to see the Forest not far behind her but no, there was just.. sand for what looked like /miles/ even though that wasn't most likely the case. Bunnycyclone hummed in confusion as they started to turn again. No forest in sight. The panic only really set in when a oddly familiar dog-like scent wafted towards them in strong waves. ``No.. Starclan please no..`` She whispered to the stars as a high pitch howl rang through the air, confirming her fear. Coyotes. Bunnycyclones body went rigid for a second before they whipped around, ending up face to face with one of said coyotes; jaws snapped right next to their face and she let out a loud cry before ducking away and starting to scramble away as fast as three legs could carry them. Sand and wind attacked their face as they raced across the sandy dunes, loud yips and growls disturbed the relatively silent night. Fear crashed through Bunnycyclone in massive waves, constricting their throat and silencing her cries and plea's for help; why now? Why did fear overwhelm her to the point of silence now out of all times? Now when they desperately need help but couldn't call for it? Bunnycyclone aggressively shoved those thoughts to the back of their mind as she blundered through the sand. That was till a fiery pain ignited in the right side of their face and chest, the sharp spines of a cactus aggressively digging into her skin and tearing some fur out. Bunnycyclone grunted yet tore herself away from the cactus and darted around it at the last second, one of the Coyotes running into it at full force. ``T-thah's wha' yah ge-get stupid mutt!`` +They growled over her shoulder at the yelping coyote; yet, Bunny didn't stop running, as two coyotes were still hot on the tail. Their chest /hurt/ it felt as if their lungs were going to burst, and that only got worse as sharp, ivory teeth latched onto her lower back. A pained, ear piercing cry was ripped from Bunnycyclone's throat followed up by a pained growl as they whipped around and battered at the coyotes snout, their declawed paw uselessly smacking it; ++
so, Bunny lurched forward and sunk their teeth into the area right below the coyotes eye. The coyote let go with a shrill growl and Bunnycyclone took the moment to get away, stumbling blindly to a tree as blood dripped into their eye from a cut above it. Without hesitation, Bunny lunged into a small entrance between the trees roots and pressed herself away from the entrance as much as they possibly could as the coyote growled and snapped it's blood stained teeth at her. Minutes that felt like hours passed and the coyote finally gave up and Bunnycyclone slumped down limply, the adrenaline wearing off and the pain caught up to her rather quickly. Unable to move without pain shooting through their body, Bunny wavered in and out of consciousness. Oh wow. She was tired. A nap seemed nice right about now, really nice. She should take . . Just.. . . A little.. . . . . nap... . . ✧- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -✧ Poor Buns, anyways, yeah, that was my idea, I regret nothing even though future me most likely will. My plan is to have her simply camp under that tree for a awhile and then, if okay with WC admins, stumble upon a Windclan patrol and stay at Windclan to heal. I've recently been really tired for no reason and I haven't had this much motivation in awhile! I'm pretty proud of the writing in this :D {PSSST, I'd love feedback on how to improve my writing <3}
