Press the arrow at the top left to start a round press the arrow at the bottom right to see the shop, press the tower in the shop to buy it and press it again to place it. The switch at the top right is the auto start switch, if it's green the rounds will automatically start, otherwise you have to push the button every time. Watch the sell button though, when you sell one you sell all the towers you have on the screen (I'm still trying to fix this annoying bug).
