Microsoft released these adorable emojis as a part of Microsoft Teams! This is just three of the hundreds of animated smilies and characters. I can't wait for this beautiful set to come to Windows, and perhaps to other platforms, too.
It's an open-source project. You can see all of them here: https://emojipedia.org/microsoft-teams/ Scratch (and even TurboWarp) does not support APNG files, so I converted them to GIFs. However, they are always imported out of order, making the animation look choppy. However, I ordered them correctly (a tedious task) and they look great!
