uhm so let's talk about teachers rq no i did not use tws im sorry but ig i can TW: psych wards, ahhhole teachers, homophobia (?), outing aside from that if anybody's been to the psych ward or a mental hospital please please tell me cuz im desperate to talk about it or relate i miss my friends from there ngl :( not just a "hey i've been there," i'd like to talk about the fun stuff (apples to apples, calling it "build a man,") and not so fun stuff (no more shoelaces) sometimes you think teachers are cool but they out you to the entire class :| 1. my 7th grade math teacher she was talking to us about the book spare, by prince henry and how he walked into a mental hospital for charity work and tabloids made it look like he was admitted there. this was fine and all until she started staring directly at me. like girl?? wdy want me to say??? cool beans ms r ! because im borderline socially awkward, i simply said "woo mental hospitals," and bro got horrified :skull: i just said "no like it's a good thing charity yk," and she continued i was admitted into a psych ward that year and was gone for a month and a half /what the hell dude!/ maybe dont out me to the class? (hey so 11/1/2024 i wanna clarify that i could not even remember this incident and i dont actually think she did anything wrong) 2. social studies 6th grade teacher i was really fruity in 6th grade (i still am I just am more careful because of this experience) my class was having a discussion if gay ppl should live, but obviously, it wasn't outright it was toned down but everybody knew what they were getting at. Our teacher was just chilling when somebody came up and directly asked me what i thought seriously? i was gonna open my mouth and idk yell at them we're in 6th grade and my teacher burned holes like i felt them staring (and they knew I was a fruit lol i wrote it in an about me note cuz i trust teachers blindly) and idk they were watching and did nothing that person was laughin at me and that teacher was just watching. ew. (this is actually rude the teacher didnt step in but AGAIN i dont even bloody REMEMBER this) 3. gym teacher cant mention the grade but again middle school we have to have a mediating gym teacher in the locker room at all times and our female-to-male ratio was 2:2 but one of the female teachers wasn't there. yippee. INSTEAD OF ALERTING THE OTHER FEMALE TEACHER, THE MALE GYM TEACHER CAME IN TO "check," ON ALL OF US AND TO LOCK THE DOOR. im not sexist, but it was a cis, old, white, man. "checking," on us. yes, a female teacher could've been weird, yes he may have just been doing his job but cmon now. that's all for now! idk if these tags work but i'll use them
