You pronounce Ireland like ‘ARE-lind’ I haven’t heard anyone say in Ireland actually say it like ‘AYERLIND’ That’s just americans trying to be Irish because their great-uncles third cousins mother in law is from Ireland. But yous just sound like pirates from the 1600s imitating leprechauns :P
