click for key + current location !! descriptions : ⌦ mountains the mountains are jagged, rocky outcrops that are blanketed in snow from late fall to spring. although not very tall, and very much lacking in altitude compared to the mountains we know, do not mistake their climate for gentle. the harsh temperatures can drop way below freezing, enough to freeze a cat to death. careful precautions must be taken when wandering here, such as a buddy system to keep everyone safe and warm, and a tiny camp to take advantage of the group’s combined body heat. ⌦ rocky hills although mostly made up of short, grassy mountains, rolling hills cascade down the landscape. trees can be found on occasion, but they are few and far between. during the spring, many flowers can be found here, but it get cold during the winter because of its close proximity with the mountains. although prey is plentiful here, so are the predators, so measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the wanderers. a larger camp works here for better lookout, and cats are stationed around camp at all times to keep an eye out for trouble. ⌦ taiga a beautiful forest with plenty of evergreens, the taiga is comprised of lush plants and unique animals. during the winter it may get a dusting of snow, but the spring is when it’s at its greenest. the dense foliage serves as a perfect cover from dangerous wildlife, but also serves as a great hiding spot for the carnivores living there. the buddy system is in place here as well, to avoid being lost and attacks, plus a camp in the trees to avoid predators from the undergrowth. ⌦ beach the beaches here aren’t quite sandy, more so rocks and pebbles scattered along the shore. snow is rare here, but the winters sure bring a lot of rain. during the spring, tides are at their highest, leaving the camp vulnerable to flooding. safety measures are put in place to avoid this, of course, such as making camps in rocky caves and creating markers in the rocks to know when the tide is at its highest. ⌦ current location this is where the wanderers are currently located, and will be updated every time they move. an update will be given in the roleplay studio as well. the wanderers will typically stay in one place for a few weeks to a month before moving again.
