First, You need to buy fuel rods and water to provide to the reactor. then, you add the rods to the reactor and set the control rods to 0. After, click the green button. it will start the reaction. every RPS will heat up the reactor a bit. Once the RPS reaches about 50k, turn the control rods up to %60. this will completely balance out and keep the RPS stable. The more water in the reactor, the harder it is to heat it up.
