Virden is a sandwing-skywing animus hybrid, she and her mom, a skywing, had been living in the mountians of the skywing kingdom for years until one day Virden had gone too close to the skywing palace and was captured by the guards. The queen at the time wasn't the best and had a group of strange dragons who would normally be killed, but if they worked for her, they would eventually get animus magic and be able to live. Virden was dragged out of the dungeons and turned into a spy/assassin for the queen. No one except for her mom knows that she is an animus. She is secretive, calm, smart, aloof, and kind of mean sometimes.
