If you get a "mid" or below ranking, consider improving on the aspects where you scored that low in order to increase your overall score! Key for acronyms: PV: Potential Value-- essentially means your value as a member of the team VCH: Value based on commitment & habits-- shows how far and hard you're willing to go with studying and SciOly in general! VES: Value based on event selection-- meaning how necessary you are for the team based on your events VCO: Value based on chemistry with others-- have you shown that you work well with your teammates? VE: Value based on evidence-- shows your progress and knowledge, two things that are necessary to be highly valued!
Thanks for using my PV calculator! This is meant to show you where you shine and don't shine as much as a member of your SciOly team. To optimize your knowledge of what you're great and not great at, Here are some tips for increasing "mid" to "low" values! If your VCH is low, consider... -Putting in more hours -Finding inspiration to study -Finding new events that make you want to study If your VES is low, consider... -Doing one more study/build event -Finding a flex event that not many others on the team do If your VCO is low, consider... -Trying to compromise more with partners If your VE is low, consider... -Taking more tests -Practicing more with tests, disco. bots, quizlets, etc.
