Sonic woke slowly for the morning start, he gets up, eats breakfast, then, goes for a run. He smiles as he stretches his legs, which is soon interrupted as he falls into a hole. “Can’t wait to meet you~ so join the memorized family! We’ll meet you real soon~ try your best to hold onto sanity~!” a voice sang “Come get to know me! And I can save you from this cave!” Sonic replies. “Down here, we’re lonely, and we would love for you to join us for a bite!” Sonic looks around, images of his family appear on the walls. “You’ve been through 20 long, frightful nights!” L.O., Elias, and Eggman appear, “you’ve seen their faces felt all their bites~” L.O. pops out of the walls, “you know our show is so far from over~! And Sheishin told us you’re an organ donor!” Images of what Sonic did… kidnapping Alicia and turning her into Talia… all the people that hated him for what he did, and got mad at him appear in the walls. “All eyes are on you~” Sonic falls to his knees, covering his ears and closing his eyes, yet he still heard the voices. “You can walk us through your dark fantasy~ learn what you’ve gone through~ you can teach us to laugh at tragedy~” “You thought the nightmares, ended back at L.O.’s” Shadow, Nomad, Iron, and Talia appear, “we’re all still right here!~” L.O. grabs Sonic’s neck, forcing him to open his eyes, “SO LET’S GET FRIENDLY!!!” They disappear, and Amy appears, “we’re feeling festive~!” Tails appears, “join the party, we’ll try hard not to bite~” Knuckles appears, “anger is restless” Talia appears, “Don’t hold it against us we’re alright!” she takes Sonic’s hands and leads him farther into the tunnel. “The fun is starting! A celebration that lasts eternally!!” she smiles then grabs Sonic’s hands super tight as she takes on Alicia’s form, “I’m always watching, because someone blue murdered me!” she lunges at Sonic, causing him to run away as fast as possible. “I’ll be found deep underground” Alicia grumbles, “what have I done to deserve this d–ation?” she takes on Talia’s form again, smiling. Nomad then walks up behind Sonic, putting a hand on his shoulder, “who knows if you’re the one to blame? ‘Cause we don’t even know your name. But you’re here now, and we’ve got–” Shadow grabs Sonic’s neck from behind, “–temptations!” He takes out his knife and holds it to Sonic’s neck. Talia shoves the two away, and hugs Sonic, “we’re only playing~! Just wanted to make new family! You plan on staying?...” She grabs Sonic’s hand tight. “When you’re with us, the party never ends!” Sonic’s ears lower, “you might look at me and think you’re going cRaZy!!!” Her eyes glow green, “I lost it long ago you’re not alone baby!” Sonic shoves her away and runs as fast as possible, looking for where he entered. L.O. drops down in front of him, “can’t wait to meet you! So join the memorized family! We’ll meet you real soon~ try your best to hold onto SANITY!!!” He grabs Sonic’s neck. “Come get to know me! And you won't leave after tonight! Down here, it’s lonely! And we would love you to join us for a bite!!” He goes to bite Sonic, but Sonic shoves him away, and runs as fast as possible. Soon he finds light, and races towards it, colliding into the real Nomad, who helps him get out. Sonic looks behind him, the words, “Join us for a bite” ringing in his head, he then hugs Nomad tight, and Nomad smiles softly, rubbing his head. He whimpers softly, nuzzling Sonic’s back, clearly scared.

Having to follow along with the lyrics as they were said to jot them down and rework them into a book. This was a lot of fun! Now this story follows the tolls Sonic took during his life in my AU, how his guilt continues to plague him for every little thing, causing many insecurities.
